RSHE Workshops
Schools choose LVA because we offer more than RSHE. We strengthen personal development through a delivery model that is relational, engaging, and hard to replicate.
Our curriculum is built around our Loved, Valued, Able framework and six core themes that develop self-worth, healthy relationships, consent, online safety, and sexual health in an age-appropriate manner.
Our workshops are evidence-informed, and we create post-delivery reports to the school with student feedback and, where appropriate, advice and guidance on any topics that come up. This supports evidence of compliance for OFSTED and senior leaders.
Unlike off-the-shelf resources, our specialist educators create a safe space for honest discussion and behaviour change, with proven outcomes: 92% improved understanding, 88% increased confidence/ability, and 97% of students reporting strong educator engagement.

It’s essential to help young people discover their individuality and explore emotional well-being. Our workshops will address life’s stresses, worries, and anxieties, providing valuable coping strategies to navigate the ups and downs of life.

Body positivity emphasises the development of a positive relationship with body health, wellness and acceptance. Discussing issues like body dysmorphia, disordered eating, social media influence, and diet culture. We will share insights, engage in experiences, involve young people in interactive activities, and empower one another.

Healthy relationships with family, friends, or partners are essential for social well-being. Our Empowered Relationships workshops help young people communicate boundaries, navigate difficult conversations, and identify toxic behaviours early on. Enabling them to speak out and seek support when needed.

Consent and coercion include sexual harassment, gender-based violence, and exploitation. Ofsted's review emphasises these issues in schools. The Equality Act 2010 protects both women and LGBTQ+ individuals. Our workshops on consent and coercion aim to bring young people together and reduce toxic polarisation between genders.

We live in a digital world where communication is quick and accessible. Our workshops help young people navigate this environment by emphasising safe and effective communication. We discuss the benefits and risks of online interactions, including the dangers of pornography and youth-generated explicit images. Young people must understand these risks, know the relevant laws, and identify whom to contact for help.

Reproductive and sexual health is essential. These sessions discuss puberty, body confidence, STI protection, and unplanned pregnancies. We focus on providing facts and using correct terminology to empower young people with relatable information, fostering confidence in their reproductive well-being and general physical health.‘Reproductive health is general health.
